Can't trust the sleep tracking

Look at the time stamps on the pictures. They are all within a few hours of each other. It counts me as sleeping when I am not. I actually got about 7 1/2 hours of sleep that night. Why does it vary so much? I love the options available in the app, but they don't appear accurate. How can I trust the rest of the data (HR, swimming, steps, etc)? I only have a few days left to take this one back under the 14 day return policy. So sad. I really liked what Garmin had to offer. Any suggestions before I return it?

  • Garmin has one of the worst and baddest sleep anaylsis i ever seen.
I changes 2018 from the FR235 to the Vivoavtive 3 and the sleep stats break down and get horrible wrong in a day (the 235 on the other hand looks good). The Venu/VA4 contiinue this.

Íf i wake up, as an example, i get 6h light, 1:30 Deep 10 minutes rem....thats it. After the anylse on the server it will be 6:50 light, 30 minutes deep, no rem - or so. Its crazy and i cant trust and understand this. The support tells only "Works as designed"
