A recent update (past ten days) has causes the screen face to partially render over the top of each other and gives the effect of a broken / glitched look
as an example, on the watch face the seconds hand will move around and it will then appears three different places at once and the hands of the clock face wont render from the centre
the smooth circle around the outside will appear disjointed.
all content appears blurred.
I've restarted it a few times.Connected it back up to the pc and garmin connect but it states all up to date and no difference.
