Ending training with buttons instead of touch screen commands.

The touch screen is an advantage in some cases but unfortunately in some cases it's a curse - there are a lot of stories about people loosing their trainings because of mistouching during wet conditions. If we could control the saving/discarding trainings with buttons not the touchscreen that would be a game changer. And it's possible with implementation of 2 buttons easily.

This could work like this: after you stop the training with the upper button you could finish it with the bottom button and then confirm saving with the upper again - that would completely cut off the need of touching the screen.

What do you think about it?

  • The B button does have a spare function on this screen, 1 second long press. Slightly counter intuitive for save, but if it was made an option in the settings it would be very useful and my default.
