Clearing Notifications
Clearing Notifications
In my case, using iPhone, independent of the Garmin Connect app, if I swipe down from the top of the screen, the phone will show all current iPhone notifications. If you choose to clear all, they will…
Hello! I will add you to a feature request that we have for clearing all notifications at one time on the watch! There is no guarantee that this change will be made, but we do hear you guys and appreciate…
At this point clearing all notifications on the phone will clear them on the device... at least for iOS.
Don't get your hopes up that Garmin will implement this feature unless enough people write in to…
Yes please! Annoying to have to clear individually. As I cannot limit which app notifications go to my watch, which I could on my Suunto, I get way too many. I would like to be able to scan the list and then from that view have a long hold option to clear all.
As I cannot limit which app notifications go to my watch
Hey 6409258 can you clarify what you mean by this? You can control which apps notify to the phone in Connect.
Connect controls what goes to the phone. I said which ones go to the watch. I could select that my work emails notifications went to the watch, but not my personal ones or vice versa. I can only say if I want all of my phone notifications to come to the watch. I did find how clearing them on the iPhone clears them on the watch from another comment. This is helpful and easier than one at a time.
Please and thank you! #1 thing I dislike with my watch. Otherwise, love it.
Brilliant. Worked like a charm - thank you!
+1 to request clear all notifications on iPhone
How do you enter the mode that allows multiple notifications to be selected? I just got my Venu 2 Plus today, haven't used a Garmin watch in awhile. I swipe up then tap notifications, but I've pressed (and held) all the buttons and seemingly swiped every which way, but can't find the ability to even see the "x" appear (even that would be faster than tapping into each one, swiping up, then tapping "clear"). Thanks.
