How to interpret stress score for "usability"

I am trying to figure out how to "use" the stress score. It seems my average stress never really changes, ranges from something around 23-25 per day. Of course it varies during the day but it tells me I am getting enough rest to offset it.

So how is this usable information? Does this tell me I am good for exercising every day? Is it supposed to tell me if I need a rest day somehow? It has suggested I take a "moment" to relax a couple times, but I realized that it was like a 20+ minute "moment" and I didn't have time for that (I thought it was going to be like 3-5 minutes),

Anyway, I am just trying to get a handle on how this data can be useful. I glance at it occasionally but realized I don't really know what I am supposed to do with the information.

“Stress“ and „Body battery“ are closely linked. Stress is reducing body battery, relaxing / sleep is charging it. By looking to your body battery Data you can see if / what activity makes sense. You also get suggestions there. The algorithm come from firstbeat- they have a lot of explanations on their web page

    hope that helps :-)
