My arm has had itchy red spots since about day 3 with this watch, when I started switching arms at night and now have itchy red spots on both arms instead. But today a big bit of skin peeled off and I am feeling really done with this. It's like a band sunburn, and nothing I have tried has fixed the problem.
I used to wear a fitbit 24/7 except for showers and never, ever had any problems, so I know it isn't a silicone issue, and it isn't from the sensor or the buckle (it is on both undersides of my wrists).
I contacted Garmin and was asked to fill out a form via email and add photos, which I did, and never heard anything else from them, so now I am in the market for a replacement band. I bought a canvas Archer brand from Amazon and the strap fit but the pin was 1mm too short (apparently Garmin uses an odd size) and wouldn't stay on so I had to send it back. I could of course buy a watch band and the pins separately but I still haven't found anything great, and 21mm pins are apparently really hard to find. Has anyone had any luck finding a replacement that fits? Thanks in advance!
