Garmin pay problem in vivoactive 4

Hello, I have a garmin vivoactive 4. Concerning Garmin pay, although I have done the right steps to insert a compatible visa card succesfully, I cannot see this card in the wallet (it is empty). When I tried to insert this card again, I got the message that this card is already there. but again I cannot see it in the wallet which is still empty.
Is there any solution for that?
