Vivosmart 4: problems in the accuracy of SpO2 and sleep?

Hi guys, I'm undecided between a Garmin VivoSmart 4 and a fitbit Charge 3.

What I'm looking for? Accuracy for the heart beat sensor and sleep monitoring. And integration with Cardiogram. I'm a sportsman, but to improve tracking I would use the GPS of my mobile phone.

I read here that the measurement of spO2 levels on the Garmin is absolutely inaccurate. And this inaccuracy is found in the wrong measurement of sleep. This would be a big problem, because maybe wrong measurements (in particular of spO2 and therefore problems in sleep) could cause some anxiety. And that's not what I want!

As for the Charge3, the only thing I don't like is bluetooth always on. Even at night, for the radiation issue. The Garmin, from what I read, allows you to turn off bluetooth.

What do you recommend?
