Playlist won’t update on Vivoactive 4S

I have Amazon Music on my Vivoactive, and one playlist with a mere 11 songs! Every time I try and sync Amazon Music so the playlist updates (I now have 15 songs on it, on the app) it says ‘storage limit exceeded, remove some selections and try again.’ I don’t know what this means, can anyone help. I have removed Deezer and Spotify to try and make more space but didn’t make any difference.

I have the same issue with the vivo 3 music.... any fixes yet?

Same problem on my Vivoactive 3 music. So annoying.

I fixed it!!!

Had to reset my watch to factory settings and I also uninstalled amazon and reinstalled. It did the job

This is ridiculous , 4 times its happened now in the 6 months I've had it. I have to reset to factory settings every time. Very dissapointing

I too have given up with my watch for playing music. Mine works fine for a few runs and then the app either disappears off of my watch or says I have no storage. Then requires a totally reset. I have been in communication with Garmin. Absolutely terrible. They have blamed my headphones. I have been told to send my watch back and they will repair or issue a new watch. So disappointing that the watch isn't fit for purpose...

That is sad, the watch itself is excellent for my long runs, walks etc. Tuesday I was at 8 miles and suddenly the music stopped and it was gone. I am getting pissed off of resetting every other run. If it was the headphones it wouldnt lose the music on the watch. Cant see how sending you a new one will help as it's a common fault
