Yes, my vivoactive HR monitor not storing information in app. Says, data not available. So i cannot check the heart rate data for the day since about a week ago on ios iphone 8. Still tracks with exercise app. And can see in real time in watch hr widget. I would like to know answer too.
My vivioactive 4S battery drains every 24-36 hours and I'm not using any of the extras. It seems to have gotten worse after we had no service for that week. Any suggestions?
