Is anyone having issues with the Garmin Coach benchmark run not registering?

I have signed up for the Garmin Coach half marathon training with coach Greg & have completed the benchmark run but have not been credited with it in the Garmin Coach section of the app & therefore cannot proceed with the programme. Has anyone else had the same issue, and if so have you managed to overcome it & how?

Same issue here, with a 10km training with coach Greg as well.. I will try to do the Benchmark run again.

Same problem. Tried already three times with Benchmark run (Greg) and still the same result.

I haven't seen one yet. I was planning to try it again, since it has been a year. I can update once I know.

Hello! Are you not able to see any additional workouts after the Benchmark run? Was there any change made to the schedule of the workout?

Hello, no, I have completed the benchmark run. Selected moderate and then it completed. I then also ran an extra 5km after the benchmark run.
No new items where added to my schedule. When entering the schedule, the benchmark item is there, I can view it, and can see that I selected moderate, but no new items where added.

I can try only running the benchmark run for the day and no other run to see if it makes a difference. Other than for the benchmark run, my schedule is completely empty
