Turn off Device

Someone have this bug? 
Sometimes I try to turn off my Vivoactive 4 watch and, instead of turning it off, it only restarts like in the video.
I must try 2 and 3 times to turn it off.

    It's not a bug, t's a feature :D

    With "HRM always blinks" would be nice to have option to restart the watch, instead of turning it off and then on. However, you are right, it's bug. Try factory reset, if doesn't work, return the watch or claim warranty.

    I have the same issue with the first watch I bought returned it and received a new one with again the same issue. As it is now a year later I cannot believe this is this possible. Any advise, other than “do not buy a Garmin watch”?
