Spotify Sync

Hello,

Attempting to sync spotify from vivoactive 4 star wars watch.

Spotify is authorized, and watch has full bars for Wifi.

Can select any playlist, no matter how long or short, but still get 0% sync and message "sync failed". I can see the album artwork for some, but not all playlists.

Have tried to reinstall spotify multiple times, forget the network and re-add it, have checked for software updates, but am not able to find a solution. 

Watch is on SW version 3.60 and Wifi is on version 2.60.Spotify is version 1.3.19.

Garmin connect app is 4.25.2.1 running on iPhone 8 Plus with iOS 13.3

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    This was resolved with a software update in early January. 

    watch has been functioning normally since then.

    Hmm, thanks for reply. I've updated to the latest software but still having the issues, from other threads I'm hoping it might just resolve I'm a couple of days like it has for others, they speculate something happens in the background

    Has anyone had any success with this problem?  I have the same problem on my Vivoactive 4S.  I can see my Spotify playlists on the 4S (which makes me think wifi and Spotify account is correct), however i cannot sync the songs.  I keep getting 0% then Sync failed.

    Vivoactive 4S is on sw v5.10, wifi v2.6 and spotify app 1.4.0.

    My android phone is running Garmin Connect v4.35 and Spotify v8.5.76.962

    Spotify is premium family account

    Im having the same issue and ive tried all music providers, hope we get a fix
