Vivoactive 4 hang / crash problem after 3.80

Hi,

Sins 3.80 my vivoactive 4 is crashing and freezing. I have made a factory reset 2 times and still it's bad. The problem is that from time to time the screen freezes up, it still shows the correct time but i can't swipe to another screen, can´t start activity and i can't enter settings, it's basically dead. After forced restart it works again.

Anyone else?

I'm having the same problem now on my vivoactive 4s since 4.50.

Were you able to solve the problem? If so, what did you do?

This happens all the time for my watch. It so so frustrating that I stopped wearing it and I tried it back up again and the same. I wouldn’t care if this watch didn’t cost 300$. This is absurd

I have the same issue, my current version is 5.00 and problem still not solved. I am dissapointed with this company
