Im having some issues using the hydration widget on the VA4, these are the two issues I’m having:
- The widget has reminders to record your water intake during the day. When the reminder comes up, select tick to record, the widget crashes. When you try to go back into the widget it doesn’t appear, until you try a second time to enter the widget.
- When syncing with your phone, the widget wiping your water consumed. At first I thought it was relating to the widget recalculating daily total after exercise but after switching off this function it still reset daily consumption back to zero.
- Have updated to latest software on: Firmware VA4 3.8, IPhone software 13.3 & garmin connect 4.25.2
Any help or ideas appreciated, who is the best person or place to report these things?
