Hi! I've also noticed the constant blinking after taking the watch off wrist and putting on the charge cable. Navigating to the pulse oximetry widget causes the watch to hang on the screen with backlight on (should be off during charging) - no red light, only greens flashing constantly. Garmin Pay is enabled in my account. When turning off the HR sensor in the HR widget I see a message that its still enabled for wrist based recognition? Turning OFF Pulse Ox from HR widget will not prevent measurement.
