Telegram X notifications not working on Vivoactive 4

Telegram X notifications are not working on Vivoactive 4, even though all notifiations are enabled on the phone and watch.

Running Android 10.

I confirm - firmware 3.80 has a notification bug. There are no more in the phone and the watch is still there and can not be deleted.
