Intensity Minutes is not showing after synchronizing any activities

Intensity minutes are blank for last week activities , I am synchronizing al the activities on a daily basis, how can I fix this issue.

I would like to know as well. Last week I had 346 intensity minutes. I have already down two activities today and the intensity minutes are not showing up. I have a VivoSmart 4.
