Permission error on Smart Notification

Hi,

Every time I turn the Bluetooth on and activate Garmin Connect app, I get no permission error and that I need to reboot my phone which obviously does nothing.

I have Xiaomi Mi Max 2 and Gamin Connect app has all permissions on

Any idea?
