according to the info that I have, when I power up my newely bought Vivoactive 4s I should get the garmin logo for a few seconds before the menu pops up.
For me however, it stays stuck in the garmin logo. What am I doing wrong?
my BF (IT guy) tried to connect it to the pc via Garmin Express, it detects it, but thats it

EDIT: he managed to get it open.
The way he explained: he connected the watch to the pc, reboot: not ok
He then Shut down the watch, but instead of pushing the power button only 15 secs (shuts it down) he pushed it for 1 minute...
and suddenly: it worked
