I have recently bought this watch but can't receive WhatsApp notifications. I can receive normal 'messages'. I have an iPhone Xs running software 13.2. I have completed the trouble-shooting guides from Garmin but still no success.
I have contacted Garmin and they have said 'they can't help any more' and I need to contact WhatsApp. I feel this is very poor customer service on a £260 watch.
Can anyone help please?
