Which Garmin tracker has the best Pulse Ox Accuracy?

I'm considering buying a Garmin Tracker which has Pulse Ox functionality. Which one has the best accuracy?

I think it's the same sensor hardware in all devices that support pulse oximetry? There's only been one generation so far.
