I recently had to cancel the one card I had in my Garmin Pay Wallet. When the bank cancelled the card I received several alerts from Garmin that had no contents in them, very odd.
The new card arrived last week and I have been unable to add it to my wallet. When attempting to add it I get the error message in the app saying "Setup Failed. To prepare your VA 4 for Garmin Pay, please try again". Watch was connected to the phone and was able to perform all other functions without issue.
I have logged out of the app and back in, made sure app and phone are current, reboot both the watch and the phone, reset the watch to factory defaults. Nothing seems to make any progress.
Phone is an iPhone X running 13.2.
Anyone else encounter this and find a solution?
