LiveTrack issue

I have a VA4s and I just got a new iPhone 11 running iOS 13.2. It seems that the Bluetooth connection keeps dropping throughout my run causing my LiveTrack feature to stop working. Is there a fix for this or do I need to wait for an IOS upgrade?
