Garmin Pay - frequently need to enter PIN

Hi,

If I use Garmin Pay multiple times in quick succession there are no PIN requests. Leave it a while, and I have to enter a PIN every time. The manual says...

After you successfully enter your passcode, you can make payments without a passcode for 24 hours while you continue to wear your watch. If you remove the watch from your wrist or disable heart rate monitoring, you must enter the passcode again before making a payment.

I don't remove my watch and heart rate monitoring appears to be working just fine according to the data captured.

I'd appreciate any suggestions on what might be causing this. This is my first/new watch with Garmin Pay so I don't have anything to compare to. Firmware version is 3.5.

Man I tested this issue.

It always asks pin after you turn on GPS for any activity. Somehow it resets pin when you do it.

I made similar topic too, but no response. Hope DEVELOPERS are reading this forums and will test that

GPS SOMEHOW INTERFERE AND RESETS PIN!.

Hello,

Do you have a heart rate sensor or do you use an optical? If you're using an HRM sensor, it's okay. The optical sensor turns off when the activity starts.

I have only watch, no external sensors.

It’s Garmin. Why i am not surprised that soft is not working as expected...
