Both pulse ox and GPS are not working

Hi, so i just bought the Vivoactive 4s in powder grey, just to find that both the pulse ox and GPS wont work.

Turning pulse ox on makes the heart rate not function properly. Using the widget makes it blink a red light once and after it stays at "measuring, keep still"

All the activities requiring GPS are also stuck at "wait for GPS"

Any fixes for this?

As i have slept with the watch i have also come to realise thatvit hasnt tracked anything at all

I've had the 5s (rose pink) for 6 weeks now, and it's never recorded pulse ox. Garmin say that it's a known issue, but six weeks later, and they still haven't come up with a fix. I email them regularly, but just get told I need to wait.....

If you have pulse ox on to record overnight (and it's not working), then it will also result in your heartrate overnight not being recorded. Turn off pulse ox, and everything else should record ok.
