I purchased a new vivoactive 4s yesterday. Everything seems ok except that it is not tracking steps. I have the activity setting on. They are not appearing in connect or on the watch....it just constantly sits at zero steps. Any ideas?

Does the watch always show 0 steps or does it simply not send info to the app or web Connect. If the watch does show steps but it doesn't sync, is it possible that somehow your watch is logged into a wrong garmin account?
I ask because lots of people including me have more than 1 garmin account.
If you don't figure it out I suggest you contact the 800 support line on Monday.
