I'm using my Garmin HR Sensor for recording my HR on Zwift while biking. So the HR Sensor is connected with Zwift and I see my heartbeat on the Zwift screen.
Since 2 weeks I have a Garmin Vivoactive 4 watch. The first time I could connect my HR Sensor simultaneously with Zwift and the Vivoactive 4 and it showed me the same HR on both Zwift and the watch during the whole excercise. Somehow this only worked for this one time. Since then, whenever I want to connect the HR Sensor to my Vivoactive, the connection breaks after around 5 seconds. Then the heartbeat on the Vivoactive is going down to a very unrealistic 80-110 bpm, while the HR Sensor shows me above 150bpm on Zwift.
I tried to restart the Vivoactive 5 and the Zwift, changed the battery in the HR Sensor, made the watch forget the HR Sensor and reconnected it freshly, but nothing seems to work. Always after around 5 seconds the HR Sensor gets disconnected from the Vivoactive 4.
Does anybody have an Idea how to solve this problem?
