Problem with pair headphones

Hello everyone, I have problem to connect my headphones QCY with Vivoactive 4. Watch find them and when I click on them then say pairing failed. What should I do, pls?

Any change? i just purchased the vivoactive 4 and it also fails connecting 3 different standard BT Headphones
