Vivoactive 4 freeze during activity

Hi everybody,

Often, when I start a new session (walking or running outdoor), my new vivoactive 4 hang and freeze.. After few second, it needs to be restarted by pressing the first button on the top. Software version is 3.50 and I use the actiface or gear in watchface. Also I have only tho app installed: Spotify and dwmap, but I've never used it.

Does anyone have this problem?

Also the battery duration of my vivoactive 4, with synchro, and notifications on, is 3 or 4 days, far less than the 7/8 estimated. Pulse ox was on only for 5 hours. GPS only goes with "GPS" sat: glonas and galileo were deactivated. Does anyone have longer duration?

no, never happened to me. Maybe it searches for GPS and you turned it off?
yes, battery should be max 3-4 days with current FW 3.50 and all things u mentioned.

I have a newer version getting this device in 2021. It does this for every third or so activity if I have this selected as my primary device. If I select my old device, this doesn't happen. It freezes now at least once a day.
