Vivoactive 4: Music controls don't work at all for some phone/music apps (Plex, etc)

I use Plex as a music player on my Android device (OnePlus 6T, Android 9.x).

On my Vivoactive 3, I could use the music controls to control the music there.

However, on the Vivoactive 4, if I start music playing from the app, it shows it playing on the music controls (without track info at all), but if I hit the play/pause button, it just opens Youtube Disappointed

Would be great to get this working like the Vivoactive 3!
