Cant turn off heart rate monitor

Turned it off in settings but the light is still on when I look under the watch. FW 3.5. Anyone else with the same problem? Factory reset didnt work.

I experienced the same with Pulse OX. I turned 24/7 monitoring OFF today and left ON just during sleep. But i still got readings during the day, as if the setting didn't apply. Same FW 3.50
