Custom Workouts VA4

I thought custom workouts were supported on VA4. I contacted Garmin when I couldn't see my custom workouts on my VA 4 (even though Connect said that it was synced and I was good to go). Garmin replied that custom workouts aren't supported on VA4. Disappointing.
