varia lights issue

Is anyone else having issues pairing the varia rtl510 and ut800 to the vivoactive 4? I initially paired the rtl510 as a radar and then the ut800. Then I read that the rtl510 could additionally be paired as a light, as soon as I did that the ut800 got disconnected and would no longer connect. So I removed all the paired lights in order to start from scratch but now the lights will not pair at all, the vivoactive 4 does not find them when adding them as light sensors.

Update:I was able to repair the lights. Apparently after the process of repairing is different from initial pairing, you have to hold the power button until the status light turns purple, that means it's in pairing mode again.

However it still seems like when more than one light is connected the other one goes to disconnected state, but both still respond to light mode configurations? very odd.
