My workouts on Connect aren't showing up on my vivoactive 4.

My strength workouts created on Connect and which synced to my FR245 ok don't appear in strength workouts on my new vivoactive 4. Connect says the watch is connected. Starting to doubt this watch. 

  • It sounds like you're possibly connected to a different account on your VA4 than on your FR245. Did you setup to a new account for the VA4? It should be the same account.

  • Hi, yes Connect says its connected to the VA4 and it receives workout info from the VA4. The workouts that I created on Connect don't appear in the Activity on the watch as far as I can see. Eg. In the Strength activity I only see the default workouts. Are the custom workouts supposed to show on a VA4? They did on my FR435.
