Respiration gone during sleep

Anyone know why respiration is not logged during sleep, but it is during day, sometimes... The watch gives me respiration numbers but they don't seem to get to garmin connect app.

I have had intermittent periods where the respiration stops working. I have done things like reboot the watch and do breathing exercises on the watch. Typically fixes itself but don;t know exactly what works.
