Alarm and vibration malfunction

With my new Vivo 4s, everytime i try to set an alarm my my watch, the alarm goes off minutes later and I'm not able yo turn it off. The watch keeps vibrating. Turning it off doesn't work, as when i turn it back on, i get test screens and i can't get out of them.

    I have the VA4 and did a test alarm thus afternoon. Seemed to work ok. Check that your firmware is current and reboot the watch to see if it resolves your issue.

    I have the same exact issue! I try to turn off my alarm and the screen will change but the watch will not stop vibrating unless I turn the entire watch off completely. I am all up to date on software updates. Any suggestions?
