Convert FIT files to csv or excel?

With some digging, I have found how to get a stack of FIT files, which appear to be the raw low level data (not sure, can't see inside them yet).

How do I get this stack of 42 files into a single csv or excel file?

(I am using the vivoactive 4, looking to get a csv or excel showing pulse and SPO2 level, every minute, e.g. date-time, pulse, SPO2)

If you download the fit sdk (https://www.thisisant.com/resources/fit/), in the java directory is a batch file called fittocsv.

And it's free.

I downloaded the SDK and cannot find the Java directory or the batch file. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks.

7485806 - a program like the Fit File Repair Tool should be able to do what you want.

Same problem here. Seems like they have replaced the file at that link.

What I found was a python library which works pretty well:
https://github.com/dtcooper/python-fitparse

It has an example in it on how to use it.

I most likely would not have found it if it wasn't for this webpage:

This latter also has some experimental (?) code. The output isn't quite there for me from the go. I suppose with some tweaking that would be no problem. Especially since the first link has a good example.
