Can pH effect of eating a solid food be predicted by analyzing the food with terahertz imaging?

I'm wondering if I can predict the change in pH in my body from eating a certain food.

Let's say I am wearing a terahertz sensor-equipped personal fitness tracker, like a Garmin fitness tracker, so I already know my body's pH in real-time.

If I have a terahertz camera incorporated into my cellphone's camera and scan a solid food, or perhaps something like a salad (which has some liquid salad dressings and some other solids), can the resulting pH of my body if I eat the food be predicted?
