Vivoactive 3 Heart rate stopped working.

I see a lot of question regarding this issue in here ,but no answer on solving this. Already toggled the WHR and even factory reset. Still not working . And the most annoying thing is you can't get any support. The chat is never working ,and when I call the support number no one answer (you wait until you had can't stay online anymore).

I recommend checking for available updates by connecting the watch to a computer and syncing with Garmin Express. If heart rate continues to not work, contact Product Support for further investigation.

Thank you Sara for your reply . I already tried your suggestion with no luck. Can you kindly advise on how to get support ? The chat is never available and the No one answer in the 1800 number . I am in Australia , is there another phone number I can try? Maybe NZ ? So far I waited up to 30 minutes on line before giving up
