Alerts when goals are met

My Vivoactive 3 stopped vibrating when I reach a goal. Very annoying, since this has been a great motivator on long runs/walks. No help from the Garmin people :-(

Hello! Just to verify, what is the vibration setting set to? Does the watch vibrate for other notifications or does it not vibrate for any feature anymore?

It used to vibrate when I reached any goal: number of steps, floors climbed and weekly intensity minutes

Okay, does the watch vibrate when you start or stop an activity? Can you let me know what software version you are on?

Version 4.41.1.1. The watch does not vibrate on its own when I start or stop an activity, but I have not tried using a stopwatch

Can you perform a factory reset on the device (Menu>Settings>System>Reset>Delete Data and Reset Settings) If you are still experiencing this issue afterwards, can you let me know if you are in the US or Canada?
