Heart rate monitor stopped. No green light in the back either.

the heart rate monitor stops working on and off on my vivoactive 3. Sleep is also not monitored while the green sensor light is shut down.

watch is touching the skin correctly.

The back of the watch is clean.

Tried turning on and off several times.

Tried reset to default.
Tried to stop hr monitor.

NOTHING WORKS.

I want a functional watch not a piece of not working expensive thing.

Okay, here is a link and at the bottom their are options for Chat, Phone, and Email. Please reach out to them in regards to your watch and the heart rate monitor not working properly.

Hi, I am having the same issue with my Vivoactive 3. A little over a month ago the heart rate green sensing light on the back of the watch quit working. I’ve tried all to suggestions I can find to reset to no avail. Can you help?

Good evening.

I charged my inactive 3 today and when I want to put the watch back on my wrist the green light stopped flashing and is not measuring my heart rate. I have turned it off and on, I have disables HR and turned it on and off, I have removed it from my phone and re tethered it. And nothing seems to be getting the green flashing light back.

I'm experiencing absolutely the same behaviour with my vivoactive 4S just a week after purchasing it.

I reset the whole thing but recently found I can turn it off on the watch, which I did without realising. Have you checked if it on the watch first?

I reset it also a couple of times. Tried to switch the settings - > Wrist Heart Rate off and on again a few times but the green light is not flashing anymore. The feature is turned on because it says its trying to measure the stress/heart rate, but in the end it just says Poor HR signal.

I am Having the same problem, can’t get a hold of Australian support. Any ideas? I have reset default settings and checked the sensors are turned on however still no heart rate, no sleep monitoring and no supper form Garmin.
very frustrating
