vivoactive 3 with JBL Live free bluetooth connection dropping every minute for a second

Hi,

i bought JBL Live free bluetooth earbuds to run with music from the vivoactive 3 watch. However, every now and then the connections seem to be dropped for a second. Sound quality seems alright in the mean time. I've tried to adjust some settings to lower quality however this does not result in proper connection.

Using my older JBL on-ear bluetooth headphone i never had any issue.

Can anyone help with some guidance how to fix this issue? Or should I buy other earbuds instead?

Any help would be appreciated !
