Pool Swim is not included in the activity list

Tried it with a run workout, and  I am able to transfer it.

Hello! Unfortunately the Vivoactive 3 is not compatible with Pool Swim workouts made in Garmin Connect. Here is a helpful article that lists which workout type in Garmin Connect is Compatible with the watches.

Saw that list and it makes me wonder how it is used for swimming? Shall I then return the watch instead? I've seen reviews that it works well of swimming that's why I bought it but I cant figure out how?

The watch itself has a "Pool Swimming" activity profile where you can still record your swims and it will track your interval time/distance.

I downloaded myswimpro. I think that should work. I am able to transfer the workout to the watch.

I just need to figure out how to get pool swimming in the activity list. clicked on the green add button and the next ones for more options. it doesn't appear

Would you be able to post a video of where you are going for the activity profiles and scrolling down through the list of them all?

yes I’ll do that. Just went for a swim but I’m really disappointed because i am not able to use it. It’s 100% charged but when I unplugged it, it dies.

I’m really disappointed 

Called Kinetic where I bought . No response. Same for email and FB messenger. 

Garmin store on the other hand offered to send it to the service center to have it repaired. 
but it’s new
