Hello! Have the headphones ever been paired with your phone? If so, please make sure to delete the headphones from your phone's bluetooth settings, then try to re-pair them with your watch. Please also make sure that the headphones and watch are up to date. If you are still experiencing issues after this, please let me know.
This still didn't work. What do I do now?
I have a garmin vivoactive 4. I even turned off my phone too. Still appears with message "Pairing Failed"
Hello! What software version is your watch at? Which bluetooth headphones are you using? Are they charged fully and up to date? If so, please try to perform a hard reset on your device, (Press and hold the button till the screen goes blank, ignore any messages that pop up, let it sit off for a minute, then turn it back on) and try to re-pair your headphones with the watch.
Hi! Solved by turning on and off. Yes I did check for updates and battery level. Probably just needed to take in all the updates etc.
