Karinita, I, too, have suddenly had my intensity minutes stop registering. Generally, Garmin appears to be having too many issues to be reliable nowadays!
I'm having the same issue here too. None of my exercise is being transferred into the intensity minutes. Heart rate and steps are recording accurately but intensity minutes are still at 0 after 4 runs…
‘Don’t see how it could be continually recording HR, but somehow not tight enough for Intensity minutes... It was working fine for a long time, them one day completely stopped recording IM…
Yep, totally crap this week and most of last week too. Just been really patchy, recording some activities' minutes and not others, with no real reason. I thought it might have been to do with the recent update, but not sure now. I sent a question to support about 4 days ago and haven't even had a reply so far. Did a 40 mile ride today which recorded intensity minutes, but not assuming that the issue has been resolved, cos no info from garmin whatsoever about the issue, and I guess ultimately they will blame the user for not configuring the device correctly etc.
last week, it wasn't synchronizing my activities.
this week, my activities aren't contributing towards my intensity minutes, no sleep data being recorded whatsoever and my step count suddenly decided to reset itself.
garmin products are really garbage.
I’m also having the same issue. Intensity minutes have been fine for years for me. Recently bought a fenix 6, was okay for three weeks, I usually get all my minutes first day. Now it stopped recording intensity minutes, I don’t get anything. By the end of the week I’m now around 60, as opposed to 400. No drop in activity. This is frustrating.
Yip mines have worked perfect for years also. This week based on heart rate recorded i should be getting for example 80 per activity, now I get 30 or so. Hr zones are correct and set up for z3 x 1 and z4 for x2 etc still set correctly
It seems my activity class changed on its own accord and that may have messed up everything. I changed it to “5” and now my hours seem to be working as expected. It could be worth a try, it may fix your tracking as well. Good luck!
Since I upgraded from Fenix 3 to Fenix 6Pro it all comes together again. All activities from both Fenix 6Pro and Edge 1030 count towards my intensity minutes now.
ive many activities showing in my zone 5 and 4 but my garmin connect shows everything as moderate only. can someone fix this bug?

Intensity minutes is a poor feature. It should be taken off the watch. Plus, does not work with heart rate monitors or popular activities such as ZWIFT.
