I have a Vivo Active 3 and after a period of no charge (say 2 weeks) it became 'frozen' on the green triangle when I tried to charge it to use. After reading the comments here I pressed the button for approx 15 seconds (how I was meant to know that I've no idea - so thanks !) and then plugged it into my computer. Bingo - after a few seconds and a few bleeps it appears to be working fine.

Hello all,
The Garmin Fenix 5s is stuck on the blue triangle and I tried everything including power button hold down for 10 Sec+. Didn't impact. Anything else I cqna do. It was also plugged in for charge as well. So charge isn't the issue either. I sincerely appreciate your help.
