So I have an original burn-in, which has just these last couple of days developed a burn from the main watch face. It is clearly the numbers from the main watch, but they provide quite an imprint on other screens (and mottle the screen when looking at the main watch face) Are there any solutions to this?
I have exactly the same issue. Contacted support. They are going to change it over.
I used an app on Connect IQ called 'torch' to see the extent of my burn-in. I don't have an always-on display watchface and it turns off after 10 seconds of being active. I thought it was my watch face so changed it to another. Now that watch face as started to leave the ghosting burn-in effect.
Wow, that torch app really shows the extent of burn. How do I get in contact with support?
