I've been using a specific WF for several months, with AOD turned OFF.
This week I began trying out a new WF and then noticed that the previous one has caused screen burn-in (I emphasize that AOD is OFF).
Has anyone had this experience?

For assistance with this issue, please reach out to your local Garmin Product Support team:
I have added 2 partial screenshots. The 1st shows the right side of the previous WF, where we can clearly see the text + phone calls icons.
The 2nd shows the burn-in in exactly those spots, while using…
My Venu also has burn in. I followed one of the links provided in this thread to this official Garmin support page:

wow, I'm sorry that happened to you.
I was considering to buy myself Venu and was a bit concerned that it can burn out. I never find reports about it and decided that probably technology is matured enough not to have these problems, but apparently it's not.
Maybe your watch had long period of backlight which caused that? just speculating.

Hello! Which watch face were you using and which one did you change it to? Are you able to see this issue on every new watch face?
Hi Isabella,
The previous WF is Actiface and the new one is RotatedExo.
And yes, I see the same burn-in using the Control Panel Face (CPF). And also using the default (built-in) Garmin WFs as well.
Yes, they both do turn to a black screen after about 10 seconds. And again, I've had AOD=OFF from the 1st week of having the watch, to save battery.
Can you let me know if you are located in the US or Canada?
