AndRgr wow that looks bad, I wonder if you have used maximum brightness or not? As in my understandinglower brightness should results in less burn in
Brightness has been set to low all the time.
Been using my Venu for 17 months now.
I was considering Venu 2 for my wife but now I'm not that sure, I'd better stick with Vivoactive line, I guess, maybe they will roll out 5th version this year(just dreaming)
I have a Venu, and have the same problem, my eyesight isnt the greatest and this makes the screen almost unreadable. Only 16 months old. NZ warranty is only 1 year buy under the consumer protection act im hoping for a replacement. I am going to approach Garmin support and try and get this resolved. certainly not acceptable for a watch of this price.

Hey Garmin-AmberD, I know this is not the Venu 2 forum but since this is being discussed here - I feel like the new development platform for Venu2 has requirements the developers have to follow to prevent this?

I have the same problem my venu screen has burn in. If I keep a watch face for more than 2 days shadow is appearing after Changing it . I live in Greece and they say it has 1 year warranty..
Is there a possibility to send it to Global Garmin center for a fix please .
